Global Aviation + Piper Parts (GA+PP) is a new brand in the worldwide market for aircraft spare parts. GA+PP is arising from renowned European aviation companies and offers its services since early 2010 from three European locations.
In Germany GA+PP is deriving from the traditional companies Piper Generalvertretung Deutschland AG, Cooper European Aircraft Parts GmbH in Kassel-Calden as well as the RAS Parts GmbH in Mönchengladbach.
The history of the sister company in Shoreham (UK) has its roots in the company CSE Parts Supply in Oxford, later on well known as Piper & CSP Aircraft Parts Limited in Shoreham.
All companies have an experience of decades in market-know-how, with differential product specialisation as well as identical product ranges. The consolidation of competences of this market-knowhow, purchasing, warehousing and sales is the consequent adaptation of an increasing market internationalization as well as e-commerce distribution channels. GA+PP will certainly not identify itself via minimized mouse-clicks than consciously via personal contact, personal guidance associated with qualified AOG-, Warrantyand Core-service.
The new company name reflects the new customer orientation, a worldwide service and a comprehensive product range. ‘Global Aviation’ represents the new focusing of the organisation towards worldwide customers. Meanwhile we offer our services to customers in all continents around the globe.
Aside the regional focus we are enlarging our product portfolio from the General Aviation over Business Aviation towards Airliner-Business.
‘Piper Parts’ signalizes the traditional strength and expertise trading Piper parts affiliated with the mother company Piper Germany, one of the most important Piper Distributors outside the United States.
Even if Pipers spare parts business was in January 2010 centralized by Piper worldwide in the hands of AVIALL, the future will show that it cannot be sufficient to acquire Piper parts solely via one wholesale distributor without designated expertise in AOG and warranty items. We therefore feel obliged towards our longstanding Piper customers to continue serving them with our individual approach and special Piper knowledge.
The synergistic effects by concentration on only one stock in Germany (Kassel- Calden) and a centralized purchase lead us to a higher efficiency and cost reduction meaning additional advantages for our customers.
Our warehouse is one of the largest around the world. From Piper to Cessna parts, any hardware you need, we carry engines from Lycoming and Continental, tyres (Goodyear, Michelin), filters and spark plugs (Champion), batteries (Gill, Concorde), brakes (Cleveland), headsets (David Clark, Telex, Bose, Sennheiser, Peltor), bord instruments (Avidyne, Garmin, Mid-Continent, S-Tec, Honeywell, Artex). We are furthermore distributor of Tronair, Kelly Aerospace, Shell Aviation, AAR, Lear Chemicals, Prist, Sun Aviation and Tempest.
Our excellent business relationships with national and international manufacturers and distributors allow us to procure non available parts with minimum delivery terms.
The tight cooperation with our sister companies in aircraft sales (Piper Aircraft Sales & Leasing GmbH, Calden and Piper UK, Shoreham), maintenance organizations (Piper Maintenance GmbH, Jet Maintenance Kassel and Austrian Aircraft Corporation in Austria) ensures a comprehensive aviation expertise in our group of companies and the possibility to benefit from the knowhow of the other business sections. Therefore our customers can enjoy professional advice, for example in questions if a new, overhauled or rebuilt parts is recommendable.
We hold of course the EN 9120-certification and grant a complete documentation and all certificates according to international aviation regulation.
Our dedicated staff attend our customers in several languages as English, German, French and Spanish. We are at your disposition from Monday to Friday from 8:00 until 18:00hrs.
